The hotel is located directly at the beautiful beach in Sahl Hasheesh, with outstanding grounds and the friendliest staff. The rooms, while old-looking, were prepared by arrival time and provided the basic amenities, despite some cleanliness issues. The service was impeccable, with professional and cooperative staff, making my stay pleasant. However, the dining options were quite poor for a 5-star hotel, although the snacks were delicious.
The hotel was always superclean, making my stay very pleasant. The rooms, although clean, were not of high quality and seemed to be in a bad shape, needing renovation. The service was smiley-helpful and very cooperative, and my family enjoyed our time there. The location was exceptional, especially being in the best area-Sahl Hasheesh. However, the dining experience was really bad, and some of us didn't even touch the food.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was far from the city, making getting taxis a challenge, but the organization of rides was smooth. The rooms lacked necessary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the condition was poor, with noise from the air-conditioning and a broken TV. The dining experience was terrible, with repeated and rotten food every day. However, the service, although slow due to fewer staff, was friendly and sponsored beach and pool services all day long.
The hotel offers clean and tidy rooms close to the pool area with a friendly and accommodating service. However, the dining experience may not meet expectations. Overall, a decent stay at a reasonable price.
The hotel room was spacious with excellent views of the pool and aquapark, but the cleaning and maintenance were subpar. The dining experience was a letdown with poor-quality food, although Michelle from the waiters team tried to make it bearable. The location was ideal with infinity swimming pools and a friendly atmosphere, marred by some maintenance work in Section B. The service was lacking, with poorly trained staff and unwelcome scrutiny from security. However, the animation team, especially Mahmoud and Tito, went out of their way to please guests.
